SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern informational text messages sent by or on behalf of The Ballroom, operated by Deep Screw LLC, a California limited liability company. By affirmatively opting in to receive informational SMS/MMS messages from The Ballroom, you agree to these SMS Terms. Club membership, facility access, fees, guest privileges, conduct, and related matters are governed separately by the membership terms and club rules accepted during signup.
1. Program description
The Ballroom sends individualized informational messages concerning membership accounts, billing matters — including questions and confirmations about guest fees and table-time charges — bookings and reservations, facility access, customer-service requests, and important club operations. We do not send marketing messages under this program.
2. Consent
You may opt in to informational messages by checking the optional SMS consent box during your own membership or Trial Pass signup. Existing members may also review the program disclosure at https://www.theballroomsf.com/sms-opt-in and then enable one or more informational SMS categories in their authenticated GymMaster Member Portal subscription preferences. Each category provides consent only for its corresponding message type.
If you request information through our telephone menu, we may send the specific informational text you requested; that request does not enroll you in other ongoing messages. If you text us first, we may respond within that conversation without enrolling you in the informational program.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of membership or purchase. You represent that you are the account holder for, or are authorized to enroll, the mobile number you provide.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are generally sent only when an account, billing, booking, access, or customer-service matter arises.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan; The Ballroom does not charge for text messages.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
6. Help and support
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@theballroomsf.com.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Changes
We may modify or terminate the program, change the number it operates on, or update these SMS Terms, with notice where required. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and will be disclosed to service providers only as necessary to operate this messaging program.
